2. Data collected at purchase

When you purchase via Whop, the following data is processed:

• Name and email address
• Payment data (processed exclusively by Whop / Stripe)
• IP address (by Whop)
• Order history

3. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Whop (Merchant of Record). Whop takes full responsibility for tax handling (VAT) and payment data. See Whop Privacy Policy.

4. Email communication

Email addresses are used exclusively for:

• Delivery of purchased products
• Support requests
• Product updates (only with explicit consent)

No emails are shared with third parties. No newsletters without explicit consent.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Server logs including IP addresses may be stored for up to 7 days for security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in server security).

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. No analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are used. The Whop checkout may set session cookies required for payment processing.
