Digital product — right of withdrawal
FundingArb is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU consumer law (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB), the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of delivery, provided the buyer has explicitly consented and acknowledged that this consent results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
This consent is obtained during the checkout process via Whop.
Voluntary goodwill refunds
Although no legal obligation exists, we will review refund requests in the following cases:
- The software fails to start and the issue is demonstrably in the product (not buyer misconfiguration)
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase via email
No refund in the following cases
- Buyer misconfiguration
- Trading losses or dissatisfaction with market conditions
- Dissatisfaction with trading profits
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Whop.
